We have ambitious 3-year growth plans and are looking for an Art Director to head up the brands creative.
As Creative Lead, you will be responsible for managing the creative direction of our brand and ensuring that all visual assets align with our company's mission and values. You will manage the Content Designer and work with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling and innovative marketing campaigns, on site journeys to drive brand awareness and product sales.

Leading the development of the creative strategy and ensuring that all creative assets align with our brand vision.Managing the content creation process from ideation to execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and on budget.Developing compelling on-site landing pages and product description pages that convert.Leading brainstorming sessions and guiding the creative team to generate innovative ideas.
You'll have…
Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns including brand development, UX design and paid media.Must have experience within the Beauty/Skincare or fashion industry.Experience art directing, producing and post-production of a shoot.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and branding.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
💸 Salary: Up to £55,000 plus Bonus
🏡 Logistics: Hybrid working with office Near Royal Oak Station (3 days in office/2 WFH )
