Summary

222, a VC-backed TikTok performance and creative agency, is on the hunt for its next UGC Project & Social Media Manager.

Day to day, you will be a part of the full client lifecycle: everything from new business and onboarding new clients, to leading in the creation and management of accounts and growing our clients’ businesses for the long term through effective strategy, analysis and optimization.

Main responsibilities:

• Own the ideation stage for generating creative briefs for leading brands.
• Source creators and assist with the onboarding process
• Create and distribute creative briefs to creators
• Communicate with creators to ensure they understand the requirements for the videos they are creating
• Manage creators to ensure they are on track and offer assistance when needed
• Quality assure content to ensure it meets the required specifications and quality standards, and make necessary changes and/or manage those changes where necessary
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all content is delivered on time and meets the required specifications and desired quality standards.
• Join client kickoff meetings and own client communications surrounding content and creative

In more detail: Content Creation coordinating

• Responsible for creating and overseeing the planning and execution of video content for clients.
• Be responsible for producing engaging, innovative, and on-trend video content for our clients.
• Coordinate the production, creation, editing and distribution of content on our client’s TikTok pages
• Manage the approval process of all videos before sending them through to clients
• Manage the feedback process from clients to continuously improve our offering

Compensation:

💸 Salary: £28-40k

🏡 Location: A fully converted muse in Lambton Place, Notting Hill. Full-time on-site with the option of remote two days a week.
